Meet the Team
Dave Bonnemort - Regional Director
Mr. Bonnemort is currently the owner and Regional Director of Anago of Utah. In this role he is a trusted commercial cleaning advisor to clients large and small spanning many industries. Additionally, Dave helps franchisees build successful commercial cleaning businesses while ensuring clients receive best-in-class cleaning.
Prior to starting Anago of Utah, Dave was part-owner of MobilityRE, a mobile app development firm specializing in the real estate and mortgage apps. He helped grow the company from the ground up to reach tens of thousands of clients spanning more than 43 states and throughout Canada. MobilityRE was successfully built up and sold to a private buyer in 2017.
Dave also has experience working in various capacities for large publicly
traded to privately owned companies of both various size and industry
ranging from technology to venture capital and real estate. These companies
include Industry Ventures, Bear Stearns, Adobe, and Greystar Real Estate
Partners to name a few.
Dave graduated from the University of Utah with an honors degree in mathematics and is a huge fan of Utah football and basketball.

Lucero Flores — Office Manager
Lucero Flores has served as Office Manager of Anago of Utah since November 2017. Ms. Flores held the title of Office Assistant at Molly Maids from 2016 to 2017 where she managed sales appointments for a small sales team, as well as the schedules for ten cleaning teams and more than 50 clients and growing.
Lucero previously served as the Franchise Sales Director at Stratus Building Solutions from 2011 - 2014 assisting more than 30 new franchisees in building and growing successful franchise businesses. Ms. Flores also led the new franchisee orientation program training these same business owners in commercial cleaning best practices.
Alfonso Perez — Brand Operations Manager
Mr. Perez is currently the Operations Manager for Anago of Utah. In this
role Alfonso assists and supports new franchise owners through initial
orientation, cleaning speed and performance, ongoing training, as well
as client satisfaction. He routinely visits and calls on all of Anago
of Utah’s clients to ensure expectations are being consistently
met and exceeded on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Alfonso also trains new franchise owners in floor care such as carpet cleaning, strip and refinish vinyl tile, ceramic tile and grout restoration and sealing, as well as concrete floor cleaning and sealing. As franchisees learn these new skills and add floor care services to their franchise business offering it enables them to both better serve their existing clients while also creating new financial opportunities to help grow their monthly revenue.
Prior to working for Anago of Utah, Mr. Perez has spent over fifteen years in the building services and commercial cleaning industries managing the cleaning crews and accounts in various industries ranging from healthcare and fitness to large commercial buildings and post-construction cleaning work. This background adds significant value to both the Anago of Utah franchisees and our clients.

John pardee — cleaning consultant
John brings to the commercial cleaning industry over 25+ years of professional carpet cleaning experience. He knows and understands the needs of facilities both large and small, as well as many of the common issues buildings face for proper cleaning. John also brings over 33+ years of sales experience in both B2B and B2C sales consulting and sales processes. He strives to listen and understand each client's needs and situation to ensures the services will both exceed expectations and solve client's needs.
