Welcome to Anago of Boise! We are excited to be embarking on this new business venture. As we launch Anago of Boise, we are guided by some key principles that we will hold dear. Our goal is to provide excellent janitorial services to Boise, Nampa, Meridian, and the surrounding area. We will strive to always uphold our strict standards and provide a safe and clean environment for businesses, their customers, employees and clients. Customer Service is KEY. On the franchise side, we are excited to partner with local individuals looking to start or build their own business. We are committed to walking side-by-side with our new partners as they start their franchise, work through the business aspects, and ensure they have guaranteed work. Our goal is to coach and mentor, as we grow together to serve the Treasure Valley.

MICHAEL BECKNELL – PRESIDENT

Michael Becknell has been the President of TJJF, Inc. Anago of Boise helping to provide janitorial services since the company’s inception in 2020. Michael is a retired Navy Commander. He served 24 years as a Naval Aviator where he held command of an E-2 Squadron leading more than 150 officers and airmen. After retiring from the Navy, Michael served as a project manager for a government contracting firm as a wargame designer. Michael’s strengths are in guaranteeing successful operations at all levels. Michael lives with his wife Gwen in Eagle, Idaho. They are the proud parents of 3 beautiful, successful business women.

GWEN BECKNELL – VICE PRESIDENT

Gwen Becknell has been the Vice President of TJJF, Inc Anago of Boise since its inception in 2020. Gwen Becknell is a retired technology executive. Gwen spent 22 years at HP, Inc in various roles with her most recent role as Senior Director of End-User Experience Services within Infrastructure Services. Her team was responsible for the IT employee experience for 70K HP employees worldwide. Ensuring employee and customer satisfaction is top of her list! Gwen is also a certified Executive Coach, her passion is coaching and mentoring others to fulfill their dreams. She volunteers time with The Honor Foundation where she works to help transition Navy Special Ops fellows to the corporate world.

MAYRA ORTIZ – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Mayra was born in Nayarit, Mexico. She moved to the US as an infant and grew up in Tri-Cities, Washington. When she was 14, she moved to Caldwell, Idaho where she calls home. Mayra grew up in the banking world and has a background in finance and accounting. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Mayra began as Administrative Assistant with TJJF, Inc. in July of 2023. She owns a small business and loves to participate in local markets. She prides herself on always having a positive attitude and working well with others with a helping hand. Mayra accepts challenges and always works to find the best solution. Her customer service and kind character can always brighten anyone’s day as she helps Anago provide janitorial services to Boise and the surrounding areas.

JOHN CAMPBELL – BRAND MANAGER

John assumed the job as Anago of Boise’s Brand Manager in July, 2023. John is an area native who was born and raised in Nampa Idaho. He began his career working in the housing manufacturing business for 23 years. He was in management for 21 of those years. His last position prior to accepting the job at Anago of Boise was as a supervisor for a manufacturer of homes for 17 years. John has previously owned a small, commercial/residential cleaning company, and currently owns an Anago Franchise with his wife Dalia. John is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing. In particular he enjoys the pleasure and the challenge of bow hunting with his 13-year-old son. John’s supervisory experience brings great value and management skills to the job of Brand Manager.
