There are few days on the calendar as special as Mother’s Day because, well, moms are pretty special by themselves. At Anago, we consider ourselves a family, so motherhood is all around us. More than two-thirds of the staff at the home office in Pompano Beach, Florida is female; that’s right –  we get things done!

And more than one-third of our Master Franchises are operated by married couples.  Our moms tell us they joined Anago BECAUSE they are mothers.  Here’s what Deb Arduino, of Anago of Metro Detroit, said: “Our reason for having our own business was ultimately to have the ability to spend more time together and with our kids. So, we make sure that we don’t lose sight of our goals.”

Susan Cashman of Anago of Baltimore agrees that family comes before work: “Owning an Anago franchise enables me to create a flexible schedule. My healthy work/life balance enables me to give both my family and my business what is needed with much less sacrifice for all.”

Jennifer Navarro, Anago of Greater Philadelphia, agrees about finding balance.  “All moms are trying to find balance in our lives. Owning an Anago franchise with my husband allows us to be in charge of curating the right balance for our business and family. Don’t get me wrong, it’s never perfect but it’s ours.”
