One of the true hallmarks of spring is the return of baseball season. Ask any baseball fan of their memories of the first game they ever attended and they are likely to tell you something like “The grass – the grass was the brightest green I’ve ever seen.” (We feel awful for children whose home team played on artificial turf – that’s kind of a raw deal.)
Anago Cleaning Systems knows that feeling, and it’s what we aspire to with each of our clients. When customers, employees or vendors enter your place of business we (figuratively of course) hope they have to shield their eyes from the bright, cleanliness of the space. First impressions matter, so if you can wow people before they say hello, you’re on the right track.
Back to baseball. Those kids who attend a major league baseball game, of course, imitate their heroes in their backyard or at the neighborhood park. If they’re playing right, they come home with grass and dirt stains – a true headache for the parent doing laundry. Here are our tips for getting those stains out of your young slugger’s clothes:
- Pre-treat the grass stain – apply a pre-wash stain removal treatment, or just use a mixture of one part white vinegar to two parts water;
- Use an old toothbrush or a rag to allow the liquid to penetrate the stain
- Wash the clothes with an enzyme-based detergent. Most laundry detergents are enzyme-based. This will lift the stain from their clothes.
- Enjoy a stain-free spring and summer with your family.
