Mark has over 27 years of experience in the automotive industry, with degrees in mathematics and mechanical engineering. He worked his way from up from a supervisor to a Quality Manager for one of the “Big 3” automotive assembly plants. You might wonder why an engineer who has developed assembly lines, with a focus on process improvements and quality, would even think about the janitorial industry. Tired of the day to day “rat race”, and not having control of his future, Mark investigated several different business models – from video games to hair salons. Living in the Metro Detroit area, Mark wanted to own a recession resistant business. One of the key selling points for Mark was the fact that even in an economic down turn, businesses still need their offices cleaned. He said “Anago’s system and support structure were other ke y selling points for me. Just like the automotive industry, Anago has a well-documented business plan that, when followed, will yie ld great results.”
Rich has over 25 years of experience in the mark eting services incentive industry. He viewed the Anago business opportunity as very similar to the industry he had worked in. Both are service driven, with an unlimited market potential, and intensely competitive. Rich also noted “I’m fortunate to partner with a friend whose skills complement mine. We both share the same values – hard work, ambition, drive, and supporting both our franchisees and clients. Anago’s proven system provides the support to assist us in growing our business. We are excited about our future!”
